Consultation
The first step in our process is the consultation. During this meeting, it gives us time to get to know you and the project you have in mind. Learn about what you want and how we can help.
Design
In the design process, we take what we have learned from the initial consultation meeting and design your project. We will build your project in Cheif Architect to show you what your new design will look like and make changes as needed.
Estimate
After the design, we have all the information we need to build your estimate. We will send off all needed information to the subcontractors if needed.
Management
Once the estimate is approved we move into project management. We use a software program that keeps the line of communication open at all times. From schedules to change orders, pictures can be found under your account.
Change Orders
No matter how well planned out the job, there will always be changes. Change orders will never go through without first discussing them with the homeowner and an estimate created for additional work and approved by you.
Completion
Once the project is complete we will do a thorough walk-through with you to make sure everything is completed to your expectation. If any changes need to be made
